Operation Method
1. Extend the enameled wire head to be scraped into the center of the tool holder, press the power start switch (hand-held) or pedal governor (stationary), and the motor will rotate.
2. Move the enameled wire in the opposite direction along the axis until the end of the enameled wire, then the paint film can be scraped off.
3. Release the power button switch (hand-held) or relax the governor (stationary).
4. Change jobs and repeat the above steps.
Line diameter adjustment and related matters
1. When the enameled wire different specifications, adjustable speed potentiometer (hand-held) or adjust the governor (fixed), line diameter is small in the direction of slow adjustment, line diameter is large in the direction of rapid adjustment, when the enameled wire film is not stripped, then increase the speed until scraping.If the enameled wire is cut by a scraper in the speed regulation, the speed should be reduced until it meets the requirements.According to the above method to select the most appropriate speed, as the working speed of the corresponding line diameter, can be considered to have been adjusted.
2. When scraping and painting to the end of the enameled wire, the end should not be immediately separated from the three blades, and the intersection of the cutting edge should be separated from the contact after the cutting tool stops rotating, so as to prevent the enameled wire from suddenly separating from the cutting edge and damaging the cutting edge when rotating.
3. The shell is made of voltage-resistant plastic material, which is safe and reliable.

5. After the use of a long time, in the case of no power supply, can unscrew the safety cover, remove the peeling paint film powder.
