Qa-1 / 155 modified polyurethane enameled wire: the heat grade is 155 ℃, with good direct welding, moisture resistance, solvent resistance and high frequency performance. Suitable for winding of electronic instruments, household appliances and telecommunication instruments with temperature resistance class F.
Advantages: qa-1 has one advantage that no other enameled wire can compare with. It has good direct welding performance at 360 ℃ ~ 400 ℃. Used friends all know: the performance of direct welding in the winding process saves a layer of paint scraping work, the larger paint wire scraping is easier to do, the finer paint wire is often broken as soon as scraping. Scraping paint becomes a technical job. QA enameled wire can be directly welded without scraping paint. Thus greatly improving work efficiency.
UEW is the representation of Japanese standards. Both Taiwan and South Korean are represented by UEW. QA is the representation of national standards and international standards.
